Return Period
- Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. All return requests must be submitted through our online customer service or via phone to arrange return logistics.

- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original accessories and packaging materials.
- If the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a repair fee.

Return Shipping Fees
- Return shipping fees for large items are the responsibility of the buyer. The exact fee will depend on the item’s size, weight, and return distance. An estimated fee will be provided at the time of return request confirmation.
- If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost upon verification.

Return Process
- Submit Return Request: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Arrange Logistics: Upon receipt of the return request, we will assist in scheduling a pickup by a logistics company.
- Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued back to the customer’s original payment account.
